All eyes will be on one man when Inter Miami CF take to the field for their first Leagues Cup encounter, on the opening night of the competition: Lionel Messi. But the Major League Soccer strugglers - who are currently bottom of the MLS Eastern Conference - boast a squad full of other international stars and young prospects who will be looking to make their impact on the competition.
The Florida outfit will kick off their Leagues Cup campaign against Cruz Azul, who won the first edition of the tournament back in 2019. The South 3 fixtures kick off at 8 p.m. local time on July 21 in Fort Lauderdale’s DRV PNK stadium.
