15 Seconds of Fame will enable fans to receive and share their special on-camera appearances at select Leagues Cup matches
Leagues Cup announced today that 15 Seconds of Fame (15SOF), a leading fan engagement platform and social media app, will deliver personalized video content to fans attending select Leagues Cup tournament matches. The digital experience will be delivered to fans that opt-in to the 15SOF activation. Leagues Cup is the official Concacaf competition featuring every team from Major League Soccer (MLS) and LIGA MX.
As part of the agreement, passionate LIGA MX and MLS fans that registered in the 15 Seconds of Fame WebApp and appear on camera will have the opportunity to have their digital “Leagues Cup Moment" delivered straight to their devices. From goal celebrations to supporter chants, after the match, participating fans will have the opportunity to retrieve and share each unique, personalized moment with their social network.

Leagues Cup is part of the evolution of the successful partnership between MLS and LIGA MX that launched in 2018. In a new milestone in the history of North American soccer, Leagues Cup is a World-Cup style tournament in which all 47 MLS and LIGA MX clubs will pause their respective league seasons and compete in the official Concacaf competition each summer. The 2023 Leagues Cup will run July 21 to August 19.
