Los Angeles Football Club will kick off this Leagues Cup 2023 in the knockout round after getting to watch the chaos of the group stage from the safety of their home base. LAFC earned that privilege by winning the 2022 MLS Cup Final.
Steve Cherundolo’s squad is one of the favorites to win the the Leagues Cup, which brings together CONCACAF’s two top professional leagues, due to their consistent play this year. The club reached the finals of the CONCACAF Champions League and is currently second in the MLS Western Conference.
