After just one win in their last six MLS matches, Portland Timbers will be looking to turn their form around as they kick off their Leagues Cup campaign this month. The Oregon outfit, who are lying in 12th place in the Western Conference, are on track to miss out on the Audi MLS Cup Playoffs for the second season in a row.
The Timbers will first host the **San Jose Earthquakes** at their home stadium, Providence Park, on July 22, in what will be the first match-up of the West 1 group. They then take on their other group stage rivals Club Tigres four days later, in another home game.
